At 1 Hair Stop, we stand by the quality of our premium hair extensions and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the security seal remains intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return, or email our support team with your order number and photos of the unopened product.

  Quality Inspection Approval

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the hygiene seal is unbroken and the hair has not been brushed, colored, or styled.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, place the extensions in their original silk bag and protective box to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Refund Processing

  After we receive and verify the item, your refund or exchange credit will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
